You can tend your property when you like, except in cases when it disturbs others who live nearby. You might want to mow the lawn at 3:00 a. m. but at the expense of the neighbors who are likely sleeping. There are is probably a noise ordinance, too.

You have the right to cut your grass whenever you like. As long as you dont wait too long where it drys up cause then its a fire hazard.

Most districts, either city or county, have their own code for lawn grass length. With those, it doesn't matter how often you cut, only that your lawn grass length never exceeds a certain length. You can contact the city clerk and they can direct you to the proper resource or office for details about your local codes.
