Most county dental societies maintain lists of dentists that will do charity work. You can also check with your nearest college of dentsitry.

Check your local Yellow Page ads for dentists that offer discounts to low income families. Dentists that cater to these patients will typically note that they provide income assistance to those who need help in their advertisments.

Best thing for you to do is to call public aid. They can give you a list of any low income stuff. You may also be able to go to public aid's website, too.

Your first step is to contact your local agency in charge of healthcare for uninsured individuals. Some have clinic hours which may include dental screenings. Additionally, some dentists will offer reduced fees with low income documentation, so make sure to ask your regular practitioner.
