What are the best GPS receivers?

The best GPS units by far are TomTom. Between the ease of use and accuracy, they are head and shoulders above the rest. They are fast to program and are very user friendly.

Tom Tom is the best GPS I have ever bought. It never sent me the wrong way and it was really reliable. I enjoyed having it when I worked on the side of the road because I could punch in the mile marker on the side of a certain freeway and it would take me right there.
