Interested individuals must complete a CNA certificate program, which could last anywhere from three weeks to six months as well as pass the state exam. Students are allowed to apply prior documented work experience and approved credits from another institution to graduate sooner. Biology, anatomy and physiology classes and labs must be completed in a timely manner.

If you are currently a CNA in any of the us states, the qualifications should be the same for you to be a CNA in any other state. You should be able to be one in Utah.
