It means the integrity of your tires are completely bad. You should not use these tires at all. More than likely they will burst under pressure, and if they do hold air, they will fail on the road which can put you at risk for an accident, wipeout, loss of control or worse.

Dry rot in tires means that the rubber is going bad and it needs to be replaced. You can continue to use the rim but replace the rubber.

It means exactly what it says. The tires have dried to the point of the tire rotting or falling apart. Tires do this as they get older.

Cracking is normal aging in tires, and this sometimes has been referred to as dry rot. It could mean that you should think about changing tires.

dry rot means that the tires have set for so long that the rubber has cracks in it. this could be dangerous.
