The saying is "Red sky at night, sailor's delight. Red sky in morning, sailor take warning. It is an old weather lore which refered to the approach of low and high pressure systems. Before the invention of the barometer, it was difficult to predict the weather accurately.

It's a rhyme: Red sky at night, sailors' delight, red sky at morning, sailors take warning. In other words: red sky at night: good weather. In morning: bad weather.
