My daughters cheeks are very red, I know she has allergies and was wondering if this could be related?

Yes, it could be an allergy, especially if they turn red after eating certain foods. It also could be one of many dermatological conditions as well.

Not by allergies, but this sounds like roseola. The rash usually follows a high fever and will go away in a few days.

It very well could be, something to try at home would be benadryl, if that doesn't seem to help or doesn't make a difference it would be time to call a doctor, but I know from personal experience when my allergies are acting up that is what happens
