Yes that is normal. Your jaw goes through a lot during a filling. Having your mouth open for that long can bother it and the jaw put to sleep and waking up and cause a little discomfert too.

Yes, if you received a shot anesthetic, it can cause mild discomfort. However this should only last no longer than the remainder of the day, possibly into the next day. Taking an OTC pain reliever should help, other wise contact your dentist if it remains or continues to get worse.

This is completely normal due to often a dental filling causing extra stretching of the jaw which in turn would make it sore.

This is commonly the result of the drilling and manipulation the dentist did while doing the filling. The pain usually subsides within a few days.
