Is ending my relationship with my mother a bad thing?

Yes and no. Yes because all the hurtful things that have happened will still be with you with out being resolved. No because some times things can't be resolved.

Mother is an important source in our life. Its really a tough thing according to me. She is the only person who gives love, care, affection, and everything we need in the world. Our next generation would learn everything only from us. Think that same thing may happen to us.
