You can remineralize teeth to a point with fluoride. Rinse every night with a mouthrinse like ACT and have your dentist apply a fluoride varnish every 6 months.
Demineralization of enamel occurs with prolonged acid exposure. Prescription strength fluoride toothpaste which can be purchased at a dental office should be used.
