No. Your permanent teeth will never grow unless you lose your primary teeth first. The roots from your primary teeth must be completely pulled.

Yes and it is very common, most of the time the dentist will pull the baby teeth. I always have my kids start wiggling them loose as soon as we notice it happening, They will not hurt anything if left alone though. You may need to get braces to adjust the adult teeth if you want a straight smile.

Yes, permanent teeth can come in without the loss of your primary teeth, but they will come in either behind or in front of other teeth, which is not good.

A primary tooth should fall out to make room for the permanent teeth. IF it does not come out, the new tooth may come in at an incorrect angle or even impacted (sideways). If you think that your permanent teeth are coming in without the primary teeth they are replacing coming out, see a dentist.
