Purchase yellow cornmeal; follow directions for cornbread. Let it sit out a day or more. Chop a large onion and saute. Boil giblets (liver, heart, neck) until done. Crumble the cornbread; add cooked onions, chopped giblets, and poultry seasoning to taste. Stuff your bird or bake in a 375 degree oven separately for 20-30 min. for drier stuffing.
