Of course, you can use anything to make a scrapbook! Cut out sections of it and have fun with a glue gun!

You can buy an inexpensive Scrap book at a Craft Store and put the pieces of the dress over the covers and secure it with a hot glue gun. You could could also cut some of the pieces of the dress into strips and use it as ribbon inside.

You need to be specific, are you using the material for the pages or to cover the scrap book. If you are covering the book with the material you can do so. I would use the prettiest part of the material centered on the front flap. You can also use a calligraphy pen to name the album.

Sure! You can use almost anything to cover an album to make a scrap book. You could cut a large piece from the dress and wrap the cover, similar to how you would wrap a present. Or, you could cut pieces to use as frames/backgrounds for photos.
