How do you make cornbread stuffing?

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Break slices of a loaf of cornbread and a loaf of white bread into small pieces. Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes. Combine bread in a bowl with celery, onion, salt and pepper. Mix in two beaten eggs. Add melted butter.

1/2 cup melted butter 1 onion 2 stalks of celery 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs, beaten 1 tspn rosemary 2 tspns sage 16 oz bag cornbread cubes Melt butter, onions and celery. Stir in cornbread, milk, water and eggs. Place in buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cornbread stuffing is made by baking the cornbread, crumbling it onto a cookie sheet and toasting it, and then cooking with some sort of moisture (usually broth), vegetables, and herbs.

Fry 1 large onion, 3 inch piece of sausage in a half stick butter. Add 2 cups turkey stock and a pan of crumbled cornbread. Bake at 350 45 minutes
