Do bloody stools in a dog mean that he's going to die?

It means that there is a problem in the intestines and that a vet should be consulted but it does not mean the animal will die.

If you don't take your dog to a vet, probably. That is one sign of Parvo, which will kill a dog if not treated in time.

Not always. It depends on what is wrong with him, but in most cases it doesn't mean he will die. Take him to the Vet right away. Your Vet will determine the issue.

Not necessarily but it does mean that something is wrong. Could be an irritated intestinal tract or any number of things. How long has it been happening? If more than a couple of days, take the dog to the vet to see what's wrong.
