This may be causd from dehydration or overheating. Try drinking plenty of water before bed and when you wake up. Also, try not to get overheated while sleeping. If it persists for too long, you may want to talk to your doctor.

It could be anything. You really should have it checked out by a doctor. It could be something serious or it could be nothing at all. But you should have it checked out by a doctor just to make sure it isn't anything very seriously wrong with you. The doctor can take tests just to make sure it serious.

If the pain is located just in the forehead it could be because a couple of things. It could be a sinus infection. Also could be due to vision problems. And it could also be because of high blood pressure. Try sleeping on your right side.

it's possible that you have more stress in your life at the current moment, which causes you to think about it through the course of your sleep which upsets the balance of your rest. if you are stressed or worried about anything chances are your taking your worries to bed with you and they are causing you pain!
