Can you get headache from crying?

I think I have a headache from crying.

Yes, if you cry enough it can induce a headache. In fact, crying is one of the top five triggers for tension headaches and migraines. The only triggers that rate higher are hormonal factors, stress and anxiety. If you do have a tension headache or migraine, treat it as a normal headache to alleviate pain.

Absolutely, you can get headache from crying. There is a large chance for head ache after crying because crying disturbs the nerves going to the brain and the muscles near the fore head. This is the main reason for getting a head ache after crying. Only treatment for this is to avoid crying.

Not all the people would feel a headache if they cried, eventhough some would. I specificly do not get a headache if i cry.

Yes! The headache you get from crying you can get in different ways. You have the stress that makes you cry (whether its grief, sadness, etc). The loss of hydration could also be to blame.
