Barbie's family includes siblings and cousins. Her siblings are Skipper, Todd, Staci (Or Tutti), Kelly, and Krissy (Who is retired). Her cousins are Francie, Jazzie, P.J., and Lauren. All cousins are retired, with the possible exception of Lauren, who came out in 2010. You could also count Ken, if you count boyfriends as family.

Of course, there is Barbara Millicent Rogers and her boyfriend Ken Carson. There is also sisters Kelly, Skipper, Francie, Tutti, Todd, and Jazzie. She has more friends than family.
