In the original Pokemon games, Articuno lives in the seafoam cave, Zapados lives in the power plant and Moltras lives at the end of Victory Road.

For the elemental trio, Moltres is found in Mt. Ember, Zapdos at the power plant, and Articuno in the Seafoam Islands' caves. Ho-oh and Lugia's locations differ depending on what version you're playing, but they can both be found at Navel Rock in Emerald/FR/LG. Latios and Latias can be found roaming wild or at the Southern Island in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.
