You have to be more specific on the meaning of EBP. If you are refering to the actual EBP identification as in VIN then it would be located at the base of the front windshield on the driver's side. It is also located on the inside of your driver's door, on the frame.

The EBP can be found by anyone who knows how to read. Simply look at the manual to the car parts and see where it is located. Once you have that done you can do further work with it. Otherwise internet content can help you with differnt cars and assist you on the way.
