The puppies are WICKED growing, and your dam needs a consistent diet, but may enjoy chopped chicken, or liver, some treats like that. She may shed hair off her tummy, she needs exercise, but no energetic play- you need to increase her feed 25%. She may start to "nest".

By week 7 in pregnancy a dog should have put on obvious weight, they might be a touch crabby, and HUNGRY! They may also need to go outside more often to relieve themselves, those puppies take up room and press on the bladder.

Dogs pregnancies last for 9 weeks, so at week 7 the dog is pretty far along. Her belly should be pretty big, she is definitely showing now. Her nipples will also be big, but she won't be producing milk yet.
