Its a mixture of the spices that gives it that distinct flavor .The dish dont even call for any type of lemon in it .Its when you mix all the spices thats called for in the dish something really god happens that taste out of this world .cookslowly and serve

I'm not sure that this will be the ingredient in the chicken that you had, but it could be dill or dill butter. Hope I've helped.
