There are many different types of glue that could be used on ceramic tile. Ardex seems to be a popular brand as well as Liquid Nails.

Ceramic tile is not glued, it is installed with grout. Grout mixture is available from any store that sells ceramic tile. Instructions for use are printed on the grout package.

Liquid Nails which is like liquid cement is excellent glue for ceramic tiles. It doesn't leave a residue and can even dry evenly. Also if you put the tile down in the wrong place you can always remove it with ease.

The features of a ceramic glue that is of superior quality are many. First, the glue must be gauranteed. Secondly, it must be easy to apply and store as well as be easily cleaned up. Lastly, it should have a reasonable price point, overpricing does not indicated quality.
