Treatment for the problem usually includes a beta blocker or a calcium channel blocker. Dialted or congestive myopathy is the most common type.

Perhaps you mean cardiomyopathy which is a disease of the heart muscle, making it difficult for the heart to pump blood and deliver it to the rest of the body.

This disease first effect the skin and then some bone are effected then go to homo stage and one or two years effect the full body.
