A common symptom is blood in the urine because the tumors are located in the bladder. Other symptoms are needing a urine a lot and a burning sensation. Smoking can also increase the risk of having these tumors.

Cauliflower tumor is found in the inner layer os the body. It usually occurs at the age of 60 to 75. It is found in the inner surface of the bladder, when seen under microscope it will resemble like cauliflower

What that means is you have a tumor that is shaped like cauliflower. Your doctor can explain it to you much better though.
