No, This does not necessarily mean this is cancer. This can be a sign of hemorrhoids, bleeding in the bowels, or other signs of more serious internal bleeding. This could be nothing, but just a small scratch in some soft tissue from the toilet paper being to rough, as well. Always seek medical attention for the proper diagnosis.

A small amount of blood could just be hemmorrhoids. If the bleeding is excessive or contines, seek medical advice. A number of conditions could cause this and it may not necessarily be cancer.

Blood on the toilet paper after a loose stool could be caused by a lot of different things. If you have been having an excessive amount of bowel movements, it could be as harmless as a small rectal tear which will heal itself in a couple days. If the bleeding persists, I recommend that you see a doctor.

Bright red blood with a bowel movement can be from an anal fisure, a tear in the lining, or hemerroids. If the blood is dark in color, it is from further up in the intestinal tract, and you should consult a doctor, as it could be from other medical issues.

No it does not but if you are concerned you need to see your doctor and they can do testing and let you know.
