Why does my toilet always overflow?

The most common reason for a toilet that overflows is that there is something clogging it, or there could be a broken pipe in the line outside of your house. If you cannot unclog the toilet with a product such as "Liquid Plum'r" you probably should contact a plumber.

Quite possibly something got flushed that shouldn't have and although the water goes down, it doesn't go fast enough. Recommendation: have the toilet removed, fish out whatever may be clogged.

There's probably some sort of blockage in your pipes. You can try using a heavy-duty toilet plunger, or, if that fails, call a plumber. It will be totally worth it to have a functioning toilet.

I'm assuming you've already had your toilet snaked? If not, you can buy your own toilet snake inexpensively at a hardware store - it will help in there's a clog deep in the pipe. There might be tree roots growing into your pipelines, there are special enzymes that should help.

If you are careful about what you are putting in your toilet and still having problems then you probably have a full septic tank.
