What do you do if you think incest is going on at your neighbor's house?

You call family services, or the police. If you are wrong, then the people will be investigated and if there is no evidence they will dismiss the case. Your neighbors might be mad, but if you say nothing and it is happening you are letting an innocent child be harmed.

Call Child Protective Services. Tell them that you aren't sure exactly what's going on; CPS will investigate. You can usually leave a tip anonymously.

If the neighbors involved in incest are minors, the concerned citizen can call the Department of Health and Human Serviecs. From there, an investigation and policemen will be involved. If the suspected neighbors are adults, the citizen can call or visit the police department and report all allegations.

If you suspect abuse of a minor through incest, call Child Protective Services or Department of Youth and Family Services to report it.
