The goat may have kidney stones, or crystals due to too much grain and pellets. You should take him off of all foods except hay.

Goats- male goats who have been castrated in particular- are prone to urinary tract infections and bladder infections. These can be severe, and do require immediate treatment by a veterinarian.

Whilst this could possibly be an infection it may also be as a result of injury,a vet should be consulted so that the goat can be examined to determine a cause and correct diagnosis.Once this has been determined then medication or a change in diet etc..may be administered in order to correct the problem.

As with humans, the first place to look may be the kidneys. As the kidneys process what later becomes urine, this would be the first place to look.
