Firstly I would wash wash the wound with soap and hot water straight away, use a disinfectant to make sure wound is clean. Apply an antiseptic cream then cover with a plaster. The wound should not get infected but if it starts to swell and hurt seek medical advice.

Simply keep the bite area clean, by washing with an antibacterial soap and then applying an antibacterial ointment several times a day for several days. You should be just fine.

You need to wash the wound, then wash it out thoroughly with peroxide. Keep it clean. Apply neosporin or other germ killing ointment and then a bandage. Change it often. If the site turns red or swells, then go to the doctor. You may need a tetnus shot or antibiotic.
