This could be the sciatica nerve. If you have a herniated disk in your back then this could be the reason why you are having problems with your sciatica nerve. Therefore a physical at the doctor would be very helpful in determining if this is the cause. If so then a good treatment can be given.

Nerve pain in the feet and legs can be caused by pinched nerves. Sitting in the same position especially on a hard surface can cause this. When you get up the nerves start to receive signals and take a time to adjust causing pain.
