That totally depends on the parents blood types. If the parents are the same type, then it is more likely, but more info is needed to figure that out.

They have a good chance but it's not always the case. The children from these parents will have a combination of the parents blood types or will have one or the other blood types of the parents. For example if one parent has A and one parent has B the child could be A, B, AB or possibly even O.
