Mario Tricoci is a very good salon, but salon quality comes down less to the location, per se, and more to the relationship between the individual hairdresser and the client. Notwithstanding, I visited Mario Tricoci several times during my two year stint in Chicago, and always received a very flattering haircut there (the Aveda student salon...not as much).

I have read many reviews on this salon and they all say it is wonderful. They are a little higher priced than other similar salons but I think the set up of this salon makes it worth the price.
