My little sister does everything possible to annoy me, she always messes with my stuff and she won't leave me and my friends alone. I can't take it any more.
You need to put your foot down and explain this is not acceptable anymore. Ignoring her and her actions will go a long way too. If she's getting a responce from you, she'll keep going.
