Use radishes, cucumbers, squash, green beans, purple cauliflower, yellow cauliflower. Use hard skinned vegetables and ones what won't loose color. Radishes, cucumbers and squash can be cut into flowers.

You can use a plastic flower pot or a wooven basket. First, you put fake leaves in it with stems. Then, you can use carrots, asparagus, corn, artichokes, broccoli, and celery stalks to put in it, most importantly you need to put them on kabob sticks and stick them in.

I would take very full pieces of broccoli and cauliflower and tie them together on the bottom with a piece of ribbon.

I would make a vegetable bouquet by most definitely including a wide color variety of vegetables. I would include red pepper, green pepper, squash, eggplant, onions, and yellow pepper to get the best vegetable bouquet.
