How do you grill pork tenderloin?

Answer by  Latin4 (11170)

First I pan fry the tenderloin to hold in the moisture. Then put the pork on a coated grill with a thermometer to show the temperature which should be 170 degrees. If you cut it and it is still pink put back on the grill. Try not to over cook or it will be very dry.

Begin by marinading your tenderloin in the refrigerator for 30 minutes in your favorite marinade. Prepare grill, place tenderloin on grill and cook until temperature reaches 160 degrees.

After marinating the tenderloin for at least an hour, place the loin on a hot grill. When that side has cooked long enough to have the burned grill marks, turn, and repeat on the other side. Move it to lower heat, and slow cook until the meat is thoroughly cooked. Cut into 1/2 inch slices to serve.

Grilled pork tenderloin is an easy and nutritious dinner. Choose your favorite marinade, either store-bought or prepared at home, and marinade overnight. Preheat your outdoor grill to 350, and grill the tenderloin for 30-40 minutes. Be sure an internal temperature of 140 degrees is reached. Let rest for 10 minutes and then slice.

The easiest way to cook pork tenderloin for dinner is to grill it. You just have to be careful you don't dry it out. After you trim off the shiny skin, marinate the tenderloin in a brine of 2 tablespoons of salt and a quart of water for 12 hours.
