Depends on whether the cysts are malignant or cancerous or benign or non-cancerous. The doctor will do a biopsy to determine this. If they are cancerous, removal of lung maybe.

They will apply surgery to the cyst. The patient is under medicine so that no pain is felt, but they must remove the cyst physically. Medicines typically do not work.

It depends on the type and size of the cysts. Some cysts contain air and some contain fluid. The cysts are like an abcess and if they grow to a certain size they are surgically removed. After determining a cyst is non-cancerous, some doctors take a watch and see approach if no other symptoms are present.

If cysts growes too big and patients don't feel comfortable then usually treatment don't need to surgery, the doctor can be under the guidance of ultrasound,a thin needle into the cyst, cyst with a thin needle to the liquid out of and then into pure alcohol so that it can't grow again.
