How can I unlock my computer?

If you locked your PC in BIOS than you have to consult a technician. If you have forgotten your Windows XP password bring your PC to computer shop and they will reset your password. If your computer is locked in the screen and nothing is moving, than turn off the PC manually.

If you have Windows XP, try rebooting the system, boot system in safe mode by pressing and holding F8. go to users account, and create new admin account. reboot

It depends what is locked on it. If you are stuck on the windows login page because you forgot the password, you could bring it in to a computer shop and they will unlock it for a price. If your computer is locked on the screen and nothing is moving,like forzen, then you could turn it off manually.

In case you forgot your password, just press CTRL+ALT+DEL together. After that user name and password will ask with security questions. If you don't know password and answer for security question, use administrator as a use name and use default password if password was given. Then login using this way and edit used name and password after login.

If your computer has locked you out from the BIOS, you must either try and remember the password, or reset the BIOS by removing the wafer battery on the motherboard.

Depends on what you mean by "lock". If its locked at the BIOS level, there is very little you can do. If its just Windows, then you can simply login.
