You could try an obedience class, or make sure your dog is in a secure play while outside alone. Walk it on a leash instead of letting it run freely.

First I would have fence build around your home,with underground electric fencing installed installed under first fence. Then I would have your dog neutered.

Tie it up every time it does it and pretty soon it will figure out if it doesnt run off it won't get tied up.
