Does creatine help with running or jogging long distances?

Theoretically it could, in the sense that you are providing your body with a supplemental energy supply so there is a greater pool of energy to draw from, but in reality creatine is utilized the most as an immediate energy source during quick bursts of activity - like weight-lifting.

Not really. Creatine helps best with efforts that take less than 3 seconds, such as heavy single repetition exercises like in powerlifting competitions.

Creatine will give you energy to complete your workout, but it's not the only factor that would help you. To be able to complete long distances running, you need to slowly work your way up to your goal. For example, add a mile to your targeted running goal each day.

Creatine has been shown to decrease the recovery time needed & increase the number of interval repetitions that you can perform.

I would not think so. If you are running long distances you want to replace electrolytes. I would recommend cliffs replacement gels.
