For some people, a mixture of Aloe and Mint extract works quite well in a Lanolin base. It take just a couple drops of the mint, 1/4 tsp of aloe gel and about a half ounce of lanolin, mixed well into a lotion. Apply 3 times a day.

The only way you can effectively remove a wart without medicine is to freeze it off. This involves either dry ice or liquid nitrogen - both cheap and natural.

Try using tea tree oil, tea tree oil is used to dry out the wart, also good for acne. Don't over use it and sometimes people use a 50/50 ratio with water. But when I use it on a wart I don't put any water in it only on acne I will dilute it.

Before going to bed, apply a drop of apple cider vinegar to the wart. Cover it with a bandaid, then cover the bandaid with duct tape. This keeps air from getting inside. Do this each night. After a few days, the wart should fall off.

You can use natural thuja tincture to remove a wart, this is usually available at a health food store or natural medicine store and is just dabbed on the wart with a cotton bud.
