A certified copy of a birth certificate is available from the state (or county) where the individual was born. There is a fee for a certified copy, which is what is required to show proof of citizenship.

No. A birth certificate is noterized ,and, like a death certificate ,can't be duplicated. You can order a copy of your birth certificate online from your state of birth. It usually takes a few weeks and the prices vary widely. If you want the certificate in just a few days, it's very expensive.

Birth Certificates could be photocopied but it all depends on what you need that birth certificate for as to whether or not it would be considered vaild

Legal birth certificates include the seal of the issuing party in the jurisdiction where the individual was born. It is not possible to print out your own "legal" birth certificate.
