You do not get a new birth certificate. You will use the court papers to get a new driver's license, social security card, credit cards, etc. No matter how many times you change your name, the one you were born with remains the one you were born with.

Changing your name doesn't affect your birth certificate - it will still have your maiden name on it. Your name will change on your driver's license, social security card, and similar documents.

You do not need to get a new birth certificate as you are only changing your name. You change your name when you are married but you do not need a new one then. The only thing you have to change is your drivers license, social security and passport if you have one.
