Most megastores (i.e. Target, Walmart) have blank thank you cards that you can personalize. If you don't like any of them, consider making your own! Create a design on your computer and print them out using pre-cut card stock.

If you go to a card or stationery store, there should be packages of blank cards with a picture on the front. Simply write whatever you want to say inside.

Yes, you can get blank thank you cards. They may have a simple "Thank You" embossed on the front and nothing on the inside. These can be found at a greeting card store such as Hallmark. If you can not find exactly what you want at one of these stores, go to a stationer and have them custom made.
