You cannot fix a computer just by having the system diagram. The system diagram shows where the parts of the computer are located. If one of the RAM cards die, the system diagram won't help unless you know that the RAM is malfunctioning.

Apart from changing a bad capacitor no. Other electronics in computer circuits are soldered in a special way. Computers are modular so changing the broken module altogether works best.

You should be able to fix it if you have the computer system diagram, you would have to reinstall it first though, you may also need to have and active internet connection for this to work. if it does not work i would contact the help for your type of computer.
