No, according to proper grammar, it would be incorrect to place a comma after so. For example, She went to the bank so that she could money into her account. The comma would go after bank and not so. Usually comma is used for pausing or a group of lists.

When using the word "so", sometimes you use a comma after the word "so" and sometimes you do not. It depends on how it is used in the sentence, ie. : So, you see, I will go with you. Or another sentence not followed by a comma could be: It would be so nice of you to see your aunt today.
