You will know you are exercising at a good pace if you feel winded. Is this true?

You should be able to do something like run on a treadmill and still carry on a conversation, but at the same time get sweaty. You should be careful not to get too winded, as that may mean you are in danger of injuring yourself.

At a good pace for yourself, but it's hard to say what that exactly means. If you are winded though, yes, you are doing it right.

When one is exercising at a good pace and feels winded it doesnt mean that your exercise is good. This may occur when you exercise a lot to more than your body's staminar this will show your weakness. So in such cases one must drink a lot of water and do alot of walking.
