Would it be tacky to have dogs on my wallpaper?

Not if the dogs you want on your wallpaper are not too big and or too many. If you choose a pattern that will have small, delicate dogs it's ok. Don't be too colorful, because a very colorful and crowded wallpaper won't allow you to use any other decorations and will be difficult to match.

no it won't be tacky, but you should have them separated. do put them together. spread them on the wall.
