Taking eye vitamins alone does not help with corneal erosion. It helps a little but some more treatment like oinments, wetting agents, avoiding irritants, maintaining fluid levels, having healthy food, going to bed early, using protective glasses helps better.

It could help slow the process, Beta Carotine is very good for your eyes. THings like corneal erosion are almost irreversable and very hard to stop from happening. Your best bet to slow the erosion would be to use vitamins such as beta carotine, also vitamin A will help your eyes as well.

While eye vitamins can help to provide the ideal nutrients essential for proper eye health, vitamins alone may only help slightly with corneal erosion and may only help to alieve symptons and not the underlying problem. Vitamins alone will not be able to prevent further erosion, but will help to achieve prime eye health even with this condition present.
