Will fenugreek help me with breastfeeding?

If you choose to take fenugreek you have to take a large amount of it. For me pumping all the recommended times helped with my supply.

Yes it does work, it helps generate a larger supply of Breast Milk but remember you need to give milk to make milk.

Fenugreek is a proven galactogogue (milk supply enhancer). You need to take over 3500 mg a day to see improvement, and it may take up to two weeks. Most women notice improvement in the first three days, though. Take 7-14 capsules a day, or one teaspoon three times a day.
